A Very Rare Wire Flail contained in a walking stick. 36" knobbly cane with hallmarked silver tip. Bayonet fitting reveals a 5 strand wire whip 18" long, each strand tipped with a weighted sharpened end. Brass and steel ferule. HM London 1904 Very good condition.
