Varnished body with coat of arms of the Rutland Volunteer Infantry with possibly original skins, cords and leather tensioners. With original makers label ‘Robert Horne’ of No. 20 Barbican, drum maker to the Ordnance.

Circa 1800.

Drum in very good condition, a very rare survivor.
