A fine new land pattern Marine Society senior cadets musket pattern 1817, 51 inches overall, 36 inch round barrel with foresight, Birmingham proof marks at breech, flat lock plate stamped with a Crown and Tower across the tail, ring necked cock, Beech full stock with regulation brass furniture, iron ramrod carried in two pipes and tail pipe, two sling swivels, circa 1825. In virtually mint condition, barrel and lock with all original colour.
